Wheel is designed with a 3 or 6mm steel shank which runs through the wheel creating better balance, a reduction of chatter and reduced operator fatigue. They also permit quick changes on air tools when using other abrasive products. Flap wheel with shaft achieve their best performance at a recommended speed of 15-25m/s.
